"Intravenous Immunoglobulin to Suppress Progression in a Patient With Advanced Breast Cancer"--Journal of Breast Cancer.

This article highlights the exploratory evidence that IVIG treatment may have antimetastatic and anticancer potential. In both animal models and select case reports involving cancers such as metastatic melanoma, soft tissue sarcoma, and breast cancer, IVIG has been associated with tumor stabilization, prolonged progression-free survival, and even regression of metastases. While these findings are promising, the remain anecdotal. Hope Between Rounds is focused on funding clinical trials to validate these promising anecdotal findings, with the goal of making cancer treatment more tolerable and increasing success rate--especially for patients facing advanced stages of cancer. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9250874/
